These detailed instructions cover every aspect of manuscript preparation — from formatting your title and abstract to presenting results, citing references, and meeting ethical standards. Whether you are submitting a case report, original research article, or a review, adhering to this structure is essential for timely and efficient processing of your work.

The model format ensures:

Instructions to Authors

Rubatosis Publications requires authors to submit manuscripts in a standardized format to ensure quality and consistency across its journals. Please follow the detailed guidelines below before submitting your manuscript.

1. General Formatting

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margins: 2 cm on all sides
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: Single
  • Text Alignment: Justified
  • Language: English (UK or US — use consistently)
  • Page Numbers: Bottom-right corner of each page

2. Title and Author Details

  • Title: Bold, Title Case, 14 pt, Centered
  • Authors: UPPERCASE, 12 pt, with superscripts for affiliations
  • Affiliations: Normal case, 12 pt — include department, institution, city, and country
  • Corresponding Author: Asterisk (*) with full contact info (email, phone, fax)

3. Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Max 250 words, single-spaced, 12 pt
  • Start with "ABSTRACT:" in bold, uppercase (14 pt)
  • Keywords: 4–6 comma-separated terms under heading "KEYWORDS:"

4. Manuscript Structure

Main Headings (bold, UPPERCASE, 14 pt):

  • INTRODUCTION
  • MATERIALS AND METHODS

Subheadings: Bold, Title Case, 12 pt

5. Tables, Figures, and Graphs

  • Titles: Bold, at least 12 pt, sentence case
  • Placement: Insert near first mention in the text

  • Graphs: Titles must be in the text, not inside image

6. Ethical Requirements

  • Human studies: Include IEC name, approval number, and informed consent
  • Animal studies: Follow ARRIVE and NIH guidelines; include approval details
  • Clinical Trials: Must be registered; provide trial number in abstract and a CONSORT checklist
