The Editorial Board plays a crucial role in maintaining scientific rigor, strengthening peer review, and guiding the editorial and strategic direction of journals published under Rubatosis Publications.

• Review manuscripts within assigned areas of expertise
• Recommend qualified peer reviewers
• Advise on journal scope and editorial policies
• Ensure compliance with publication ethics
• Promote journals within academic and professional networks
• Contribute editorials or special issues (optional)

• PhD / MD / PharmD / Postgraduate qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of academic or professional experience
• At least 3 peer-reviewed publications
• Editorial or reviewer experience preferred
• Strong commitment to ethical publishing standards
