Refund Policy – Rubatosis Publications Journals (Legal)

Rubatosis Publications Journals enforces a strict and binding no-refund policy for all payments made towards Article Processing Charges (APC), publication fees, and related services.

All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible under any circumstances.
  • Manuscript withdrawal at any stage
  • Rejection after peer review or editorial decision
  • Delays in review, processing, or publication
  • Disagreement with reviewer or editorial decisions
  • Submission or payment errors by the author
  • Changes in personal, institutional, or funding situations
Resource Commitment:
Once a manuscript enters the editorial workflow, journal resources are allocated. Therefore, no refund requests shall be considered.
Limited Exceptions:
  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical transaction error

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours with valid proof.

Rubatosis Publications reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any exception request without obligation to provide justification.
Under no circumstances shall Rubatosis Publications be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from payment or publication decisions.
By submitting your manuscript and/or making payment, you irrevocably agree to this Refund Policy and waive any right to dispute or chargeback.
