Editorial Policies (COPE Guidelines)
1. Publication Ethics and Integrity:

Rubatosis Publications adheres to internationally recognized ethical standards in line with COPE guidelines. All parties must maintain honesty, integrity, and transparency.

2. Peer Review Process:

All manuscripts undergo a fair, unbiased, and confidential peer review process. Reviewers are selected based on expertise and must provide objective evaluations.

3. Duties of Authors:

Authors must ensure originality, proper citation, and accuracy of data. Multiple submissions, plagiarism, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited.

4. Duties of Editors:

Editors are responsible for making unbiased decisions based on academic merit, ensuring confidentiality, and handling ethical issues appropriately.

5. Duties of Reviewers:

Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, maintain confidentiality, and disclose conflicts of interest. They must not use unpublished material for personal advantage.

6. Plagiarism and Misconduct:

All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. Any ethical misconduct, including duplication or falsification, will result in rejection or retraction.

7. Conflict of Interest:

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts that could influence the work.

8. Corrections and Retractions:

Errors or ethical violations identified post-publication will be addressed through corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern.

9. Data Access and Transparency:

Authors may be required to provide raw data for editorial review and must ensure transparency in research reporting.

10. Ethical Oversight:

Research involving humans or animals must comply with ethical standards and include appropriate approvals and consent.

11. Editorial Independence:

Editorial decisions are made independently without influence from sponsors, advertisers, or external parties.
